Jeffrey Wallace is a senior Project Manager and Consultant with more than 25 years experience in Business Management and Information Technology. His varied experience includes business leadership (CIO and CEO), financial and operations management, strategic business and IT planning, workshop facilitation, business transition and contract negotiation, PMO establishment and operation and direct project delivery. He has personally delivered projects (ranging from $50k to over $170mm), in a variety of public and private sector organizations. Jeffrey has worked for private and public sector organizations all over the world, including Canada and the United States, many European countries, Australia, New Zealand and Korea.
In addition to his practical project delivery and business management experience, Jeffrey is an accomplished public speaker having delivered keynote speeches in such varied venues as PMI conferences, the New Zealand police association, and the University of Calgary.
Darren is a leader with more than 20 years of progressively more complex roles and increasingly demanding accountabilities. He has worked in many different business and sectors over his career and bring a calm and thoughtful approach to business management and service delivery. He brings experience and leadership along with his depth of knowledge in Business Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, and Organizational Transformation to Veris’ clients ensuring that only the highest quality service is provided. Darren has lead and mentored teams consisting of internal and external resources and has participated in over 40 successful Organizational Transformation and Information Technology projects over the duration of his career.
Darren has a large and dynamic family and is active in the Business Analyst community where he has previously held positions on the Board of Directors for the IIBA Calgary Chapter.
Sarah has 15 years of progressive experience in the areas of full cycle Recruitment, Human Resource Coordination, Executive Assistance, Office Management, Account Management, Event Management and Customer Service. Sarah has a strong focus on creative strategizing and implementation processes. She has extensive experience with innovative sourcing practices utilizing various avenues including online research, resume mining, network building and cold calling.
With a passion for people and process Sarah maintains an excellent reputation with clientele and candidates as a competent, knowledgeable and resourceful professional. Utilizing experience working with a plethora of industries such as Oil & Gas, Government, Health Care, IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Trades, Engineering, Project Management and Not for Profit, she is an experienced resourcing professional with a broad reach within the human capital market. With Veris, Sarah is responsible for all candidate intake and ongoing communication management, internal and external event management, creative marketing strategies and development.
Vanessa brings a passion for numbers, organization and detail to her role with Veris. With more than 13 years of experience as an administrative professional, Vanessa has a breadth of knowledge ranging from Account Management, Project Management, Bookkeeping and Executive Services. Vanessa is energetic, fastidious, and is a champion for organizational efficiency.
Vanessa has worked in many industries including Technology Consulting, Finance, Commercial Equipment (General/Heavy Construction & Geomatics) and Fitness. Her diverse background has given her the ability to understand complex business and administrative problems and provides solutions that are both effective and pragmatic. With a strong understanding of the importance of building and fostering strong relationships, she offers a personal approach with both external clients and vendors, and within the Operations Team.
Shira is a senior consultant with more than 16 years of experience in the areas of Project Management, Business Process Improvement and integration in Information Technology. Shira brings excellent communication and project skills that are diverse and span across industries including Oil & Gas, Municipal Government, Energy, Finance, Transportation and Tourism.
As an integral member of the Veris Operations Team, Shira sets direction, vision and target markets for the Corporation as well as providing advisory insight to ensure quantifiable business results. Shira is a tenacious team member with the confidence to challenge status quo with a focus on advancing company objectives.
Shira has a passion for projects that make a difference and have a positive impact on people’s lives. Furthering her leadership, analysis and communication skills to lead projects and programs that deliver business results and customer value are her primary motivation.
Vincenzo Aliberti is an accomplished, multilingual strategic professional offering 15+ years of expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning, Executive Facilitation, Coaching, Management Consulting, Change Management and Customer Relationship Management. Vincenzo provides strategic and customer-centric vision to the Veris team and is passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients.
Vincenzo has the ability to look at highly complex problems and simplify them into manageable strategies that when executed, fundamentally increase the growth of organizations. Vincenzo relates very well at all levels internal and external to and organization, and fundamentally believes that through “collaboration” great results can be achieved by companies, and by those running them. He is a highly experienced facilitator and negotiator with the ability to bring very diverse issues to common and agreed resolutions. Vincenzo is an author of 3 books including one on Canadian Mergers & Acquisitions. An accomplished public speaker having delivered keynote speeches at a variety of conferences. He holds a Ph.D. from Western University specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Foreign Direct Investment.
