Veris is primarily an employee-based company. While we do employ contracted resources, all consultants are required to go through a standard company methods and orientation before being assigned to a client engagement.
Veris utilizes a structured, mature and rigorous talent recruitment process that includes “scenario” based interviews that test candidates’ real world experiences. As Veris is not a staff augmentation firm, we invest heavily in our people, through training and certification support. For example, Veris has run dedicated Prosci ADKAR certification courses, supported our consultants seeking professional designations, and provided internal training and support with Veris methods.
Veris utilizes a consulting practice model which provides support, assistance and mentorship to all of our consultants. These practices are lead by seasoned Veris employees, and these practice leaders are measured on the success of our client engagements and consultants alike. Veris consulting practices are actively managed and mentored through regularly scheduled practice meetings, shared methodologies and collateral, and online collaborative toolsets. Therefore, clients not only have Veris consultants dedicated to its project on site, but also have the extended support of the entire Veris team when and where it is required.
