Carolyn is a seasoned administrator with 25 years of experience in human resources, legal and senior administration. She illustrates strong administration skills, a solid background in human resources and a career focused on delivering high levels of employee and client service. She has worked in many different industries including oil and gas, transportation, consulting, legal, government, construction and military.

As the HR and Admin Coordinator, she manages the day-to-day operations of the HR department and supports the Operations Team. She manages the administration of onboarding, performance management, HR administration, employee relations, benefits, SharePoint administration training and development systems and offboarding.
