David Wagner, Practice Lead

With almost 25 years in the IT industry David Wagner has spent the last 15 years as a consultant for national and international consulting firms as well as an independent contractor.  David has extensive experience in delivering and managing consulting engagements and practices respectively.  David’s areas of expertise are in Program and Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Improvement initiatives.  David has a formal education in MIS along with industry certifications and training in Project Management, Change Management and Leadership Development.  David also holds certifications is such industry standards and best practices as PMI, Prosci, ISO 20000, ITIL and CobiT.

David’s role within Veris is Practice Lead for Project Management Services; where he is responsible for the leadership, development, coaching and mentoring of numerous management consultants.  David advocates and demonstrates excellence in communication, collaboration and team building both within the practice and client engagement teams.  David’s pragmatic and value focused approach is apparent both in his client engagements and the engagements of those within his practice.

Sarah Pringle, HR Coordinator

Sarah has 11 years of progressive experience in the areas of Human Resource Coordination and Full Cycle Recruitment, Executive Assistance, Office Management, Account Management, Business Development and Customer Service.  Sarah has a strong focus on creative strategizing and implementation processes.  Extensive experience with innovative sourcing practices utilizing various avenues including online research, resume mining, network building and cold calling.

With a passion for people and process Sarah maintains an excellent reputation with clientele and employment candidates as a competent, knowledgeable and resourceful professional.  Utilizing experience working with a plethora of industries such as oil & gas, government, health care, IT, construction, manufacturing, logistics, sales, trades, engineering, project management and not for profit, Sarah has and understanding of a broad scope of Human Resources practices.

Jeni Layden, Office Manager

Jeni has 11 years of administrative experience and 5 years office management experience.  She has worked in many industries including hospitality, oil and gas, IT consulting, motorsports and project management consulting.  Jeni’s roles have included operations management, finance, HR and payroll, sales, marketing and event management.

Jeni has an entrepreneurial spirit and specializes in working for smaller, rapidly expanding companies and enjoys the challenges and rewards of helping them grow in size and success.
